Y2/Y6 Tudor/Medieval Day - Oct 2024

What a fantastic day today for Yellow Class and Violet Class as they combined their 'fantastic finishes' to their topics! The children have been preparing for their banquet all week with cooking in the studio and today they took part in a whole variety of activities including:

• Icing sugar figures
• Writing with traditional quills
• Sketching
• Creative music to Greensleeves
• Making traditional Tudor outfits for paper figures
• Designing their class shield.
• Jousting competition (it was so much fun!)
• Banquet
• Finishing with Tudor dances and Year 6’s dance music played by Amelia

A great day was had by all!
