Day Four At Kingswood for Y6!
Another amazing day full of fun here at Kingswood. The sun shone for most of the activities including crate stack, buggy building, archery, bushcraft and a disco!
Our last full day at Kingswood was just as amazing as all the other days. After breakfast, the children had fun working as a team to stack crates as tall as possible with the help of the 'construction team' before the 'destruction team' literally destroyed their handiwork! The children left dangling where the crate stack used to be didn't seem to mind! Another team building exercise followed: buggy building where the children learnt different rope knots to construct a working buggy.
After lunch, the children showed off their archery skills; Elijah and Myrtle were the sharpest archers on show with bulls eye shots! Our second bushcraft activity of the week followed, with the children learning how to light and preserve a fire (alongside decorating themselves with a little war paint!).
Finally, after tea the children showed off their excellent moves at the disco - a great way to finish the evening. More fun tomorrow morning before we depart for home!
